This information is required when members register to use the service, and is necessary for DiDiket to contact and confirm the registration in order to protect consumer rights.
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username, password, and email, as well as for all activities that occur under their account. Members are also responsible for promptly notifying the DiDiket Electronic Trading Platform of any unauthorized use, abuse, or security breaches involving their account, so that appropriate measures can be taken.
2. Scope of Information Usage
The DiDiket Electronic Trading Platform uses the information provided by members for the following purposes:

To send notifications regarding interactions between members and the DiDiket platform;

To prevent actions that damage user accounts or involve identity impersonation;

To contact and resolve issues with members in special cases.
Personal information will not be used for purposes other than those related to transaction verification and contact.
In the case of legal requirements: DiDiket is obliged to cooperate and provide personal information upon request from judicial authorities, including the Prosecutor’s Office, courts, or investigative police, concerning any legal violations by customers. No other parties have the right to access members’ personal data.
3. Data Retention Period
Members’ personal data will be retained until a deletion request is made or the member logs in and deletes the data themselves. In all cases, personal information will be securely stored on DiDiket’s servers.
4. Commitment to Protecting Customer Personal Information
DiDiket commits to absolute confidentiality of members’ personal information. The collection and use of this information will only be carried out with the customer’s consent, except where otherwise required by law.
There will be no use, transfer, provision, or disclosure of members’ personal information to any third party without the member’s consent.
In the event that DiDiket’s servers are hacked and user data is compromised, the platform will promptly notify the relevant authorities for investigation and resolution, and inform affected members accordingly.
