1.1 General Provisions.
As an organizer, you agree to the terms and conditions when using any existing services through the website or provided by the DiDiket electronic trading platform (hereinafter referred to as DiDiket) for your event and our software. We operate and provide various types of services depending on your requirements, provided that none of the terms and conditions below, or other rules, procedures, and policies that may be amended or supplemented and published on the DiDiket website, are altered. If you do not agree to the terms, conditions, regulations, policies, or procedures outlined, please refrain from using the services. The terms may be modified on a per-event basis through a written agreement signed between you and an authorized representative of DiDiket.

1.2 Amendments.
DiDiket reserves the right to change or amend the terms and conditions of use at any time. We will post notices of any modifications or additions, and you should regularly review these terms to stay updated on any changes. Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the modified terms; if you do not agree with any term, we advise you to discontinue using the service.

1.3 Security.
When creating an account on the DiDiket platform, you are responsible for safeguarding your account and password, and you are fully responsible for all activities related to your personal account, including activities of other users registered under your account. Additionally, you agree to notify DiDiket immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account, and ensure to log out of your account after each use. DiDiket cannot and will not be liable for any loss, damage, or other liability if you fail to comply with this provision or due to unauthorized access to your account. In the event of a dispute between two or more parties regarding ownership of an account, you agree that DiDiket will be the sole arbitrator of such dispute and have the final decision (which may include terminating or suspending the disputed account).

This Code of Regulations complies with the current laws and regulations of Vietnam. Members participating in the DiDiket Electronic Trading Platform must understand their legal responsibilities under the current laws of Vietnam and commit to complying with the contents of the DiDiket Electronic Trading Platform Regulations.
