- A transaction is considered completed when you receive a confirmation email with a QR code or order code from DiDiket.
- Purchased products cannot be exchanged, altered, or canceled for any reason.
- If a ticket or barcode is lost (excluding paper tickets), a new ticket will be issued by DiDiket upon verification of payment transaction history and purchase history in the account on the DiDiket Electronic Trading Platform. However, tickets that have been scanned and verified at an event will not be reissued for any reason.
The seller is responsible for informing their refund policy to the buyer and refunding the buyer through other websites or services. If the buyer wants to be refunded, they must submit a request to the organizer.
All communication or disputes related to refunds are between the seller and the buyer, and DiDiket will not be responsible for any situation regarding refunds or errors in refunding.
All communication and disputes related to reimbursements and refunds are between organizers and buyers, and DiDiket will not be responsible for any buyer reimbursements.
In the event of a service or event cancellation or adjustment in service prices, DiDiket will refund the customer, and the amount will be transferred to the account under the customer's name used for the initial payment or the card used for the initial payment. The refund amount is determined by the event organizer/supplier. These policies may vary depending on the type of event and refund conditions.
