1- Purpose and Scope of Information Collection:
The primary data collected on the DiDiket Electronic Trading Platform includes: email, phone number, username, login password, customer address (member). These are the information that DiDiket requires members to provide when registering to use the service and for DiDiket to contact and confirm when customers register to use the service on the website to ensure consumer rights.
Members will be responsible for maintaining the security and keeping track of all service usage activities under their username, password, and email. In addition, members are responsible for promptly notifying the DiDiket Electronic Trading Platform of any unauthorized, abusive, security-violating, or third-party use of usernames and passwords for appropriate resolution measures.
2- Information Usage Scope
The DiDiket Electronic Trading Platform uses the information provided by members to:

• Provide services to members;
• Send notifications about information exchange activities between members and the DiDiket Electronic Trading Platform.
• Prevent activities that destroy member user accounts or impersonate members;
• Communicate and resolve with members in special cases.
• Do not use members' personal information for purposes other than confirmation and related contact regarding transactions at DiDiket.
• In case of legal requirements: The DiDiket Electronic Trading Platform is responsible for cooperating to provide members' personal information upon request from judicial authorities including: Prosecutors' Office, courts, investigative police agencies related to any legal violations by customers. Additionally, no one has the right to infringe upon members' personal information.

3- Data Retention Period
Member's personal data will be stored until there is a request for cancellation or until the member logs in and performs cancellation themselves. In all cases, member's personal information will be securely stored on DiDiket's servers.
4- Commitment to Customer Personal Information Security

• Member's personal information is committed to absolute security. The collection and use of each member's information will only be carried out with the customer's consent, except in cases where other legal provisions apply.
• No use, transfer, provision, or disclosure to any third party of member's personal information without the member's consent.
• In the event of a server storing information being hacked, resulting in the loss of member's personal data, DiDiket will be responsible for promptly notifying the competent authorities for investigation and handling, and informing the members involved.
