After the customer has successfully paid on the DiDiket e-commerce platform, tickets will be sent to the customer as follows:
1/ Tickets purchased on DiDiket will be shown as electronic tickets. After the customer successfully pays for the ticket, DiDiket will send the ticket code via email as an attachment. Customers can also look up ticket codes on their personal page at the DiDiket website.
2/ For some large events, at the request of the organizer. Tickets will be presented as paper tickets. Customers must pay an additional fee to a third party for DiDiket to transport paper tickets from DiDiket to the customer.
